The Neighborhood Suites (formerly Nichols Lane Lodging) is under new ownership.
We – Drake, Helene, Brian and Jenna – are two married couples who live in the neighborhood. All four of us have traveled extensively and we know how much details matter when you are away from home. As owners and operators of The Neighborhood Suites, we are committed to creating a unique and welcoming space for every guest – the kind of lodging we ourselves look for when traveling.
We have lived in Moab for many years, and we each bring different strengths to our partnership. Drake is our resident climber and carpenter; Helene, who is originally from France, our interior decorator. They are the parents of 14 year-old twins Mona and Eli, who have also been put to work at the Suites…Brian loves to work outside, and when not at the Suites he builds new Moab bike trails. On her occasional days off, Jenna likes to ride those trails. They too are the parents of twins, 7 year-old Flint and Ryder.
In early 2014, we bought the former Nichols Lane Lodging and transformed it into The Neighborhood Suites. We’ve made some changes to our new property but continue to embrace its vintage Moab charm. We still have more work to do but we think you’ll love the results. Welcome to the Neighborhood, and please let us know how we are doing.
